WTW has sued Alliant and three surety executives who moved to the rival broker, accusing them of breaching restrictive covenants and the intermediary of “unlawfully” poaching its employees and clients.

The complaint, reviewed by Inside P&C, was filed yesterday in the Western District Court of North Carolina and names surety executives John Thomas, Andrew Bennett and Jennifer Boyers Gullett as defendants.
