US court overturns BI ruling, sides in favor of Oceana Grill restaurant

A Louisiana appeals court, in one of the first Covid-19 BI cases to be filed in the US, has reversed a state court’s verdict in favor of several unnamed Lloyd’s underwriters and ruled in favor of New Orleans restaurant Oceana Grill.
