K2 sues sellers in High Point minority stake deal over ‘inflated price’

K2 Insurance Services has sued the sellers of a minority interest in insurance manager High Point Holdings, accusing them of artificially inflating the price of the deal.

The federal suit named sellers David King, Robert Lefebvre, Creative Insurance Managers and Contractor Resource Solutions, who owned 37.6%
