Florida Citizens has been ordered to increase its rates to levels lower than the state-backed insurer requested.

The Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (OIR) held a virtual public-rate meeting to hear from Citizens in support of its rate recommendations and from members of the public on the effects of the rate filings.
