United Fire Group (UFG) has appointed Kevin Leidwinger as president and CEO, effective in August.

Leidwinger will succeed current president Randy Ramlo, who announced his retirement plans in February. The search for a new CEO began earlier this year, when Ramlo announced his retirement

Ramlo’s last day will be Friday, August 19.
