AM Best has placed the “A” ratings of North American Casualty Group’s (NAC) operating entities under review with negative implications due to issues relating to its 2021 audit.

NAC affiliates currently hold a financial strength rating of “A” and long-term issuer credit ratings of “a”. The ratings agency explained that the review was prompted by the delay of NAC’s 2021 audit results.
