Brown & Brown CEO J Powell Brown has said that he anticipates carrier appetite to be limited for property personal lines in Florida, California and Louisiana until the end of the year, as the class continues to face challenges.

Speaking on a second-quarter earnings call with analysts, Brown added that in Florida, his company could experience "several million dollars" of impact on the residential side.
