Chubb affiliate ABR Reinsurance has secured $210mn of investment through an issuance of primary common shares to a privately owned investment firm.

The deal was closed on July 15, according to a press release. Insurance Advisory Partners acted as the financial adviser to ABR Re on the transaction.
