Judge Michael Ricciuti has granted a temporary order restraining WTW and individual defendants from soliciting Aon’s clients in the case where Aon sued the rival broker over an 11-person construction team lift in Boston.

Aon sued WTW and former executives from its construction practice in Massachusetts last month, alleging that several of the departing staff have violated their client non-solicit/non-service and employee non-solicit/non-hire covenants.
