WTW and Alliant settle North Carolina surety poaching case

WTW and Alliant have reached an agreement to end a lawsuit in which the privately held broker and three surety executives were accused of breaching restrictive covenants in Charlotte, North Carolina.

WTW filed a stipulation to dismiss the case with prejudice, meaning that the company is barred from asserting the same claims in future legal proceedings.
