More than 4,000 buildings hit by Kentucky floods: ICEYE report

Analysis from ICEYE shows that 4,319 buildings have so far been affected by flooding in south-east Kentucky.

The data satellite company said 442 buildings were affected in Jackson, 275 in Whitesburg and 136 in Garrett, after heavy rains struck the central Appalachians throughout the week of 25 July.
