The Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (Floir) has determined that “one or more grounds exist” to begin delinquency proceedings against Weston Property and Casualty Insurance Company, according to documentation reviewed by this publication.

Yesterday, Virginia Christy, director of property and casualty financial oversight at the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation, filed an affidavit in Leon County elaborating the reasons behind the suggestion.
