InsurTech funding bounced back in Q2, recovering 8% on the prior quarter to reach $2.4bn, according to the latest Gallagher Re Global InsurTech Report.

Despite the increase, InsurTech funding levels are still struggling to reach the highs of last year, with global funding in the second quarter coming in at just over 50% of the total from a record-breaking Q2 in 2021.
