WTW has recruited Blake Koen as managing director and global client advocate for natural resources, which is part of the company’s energy team in Houston, Texas.

Koen will help develop and execute the strategic direction of the broker’s energy business.

The executive joins from Lockton, where he was a senior vice president on the North American energy team.
