Aon study finds recruiting difficulties driving more flexible offers and higher pay

With recruiting difficulty at an all-time high, 84% of companies are offering hybrid work and 55% are offering full time remote jobs post pandemic, according to the twice-yearly Insurance Industry Labor Market study.

The difficulty to fill open positions is also driving wage inflation as retirements and defections from insurance combine with technology changes to leave more positions open in the industry than ever before.
