Cyber InsurTech MGA Coalition has acquired licensed carrier Digital Affect Insurance Company from Munich Re Partners US Holding Corporation.

In a move towards its transition to full-stack carrier, the Californian MGA will now offer insurance policies through its own admitted insurance carrier in all 50 states.
