Liberty Mutual has hired Crystal Ottaviano as global risk solutions (GRS) chief risk officer and elevated Chantal Rodriguez to reinsurance chief underwriting officer.

Ottaviano joins the company from Aspen Insurance Group, where she was group chief risk officer since 2020. She previously worked as chief risk officer of Swiss Re America and head of risk management at Hiscox US.
