ProAssurance CEO Ned Rand has said that the medmal liability impact from the Roe v Wade overturn is still “a bit of a question mark”, and it will be some time before the full effect is realized.

In an interview with Inside P&C, the executive continued: “It's too early to know what the impact will be from a medical professional liability standpoint.”
