Brazilian reinsurer IRB Brasil Re has sold its Rio de Janeiro headquarters for 85.3mn reais (~$17mn) to Brazil’s small businesses support service known as Sebrae.

The company will operate in the building until December while it evaluates possible properties for the installation of its new headquarters in Rio de Janeiro.
