Chubb emerged victorious from a lawsuit brought by the producers of AppleTV’s “The Morning Show” over forced shutdowns during the early days of the pandemic.

The case, filed in July 2021 by Always Smiling Productions, was dismissed with prejudice – meaning it cannot be brought again – by US District Judge Fernando Olguin of the US District Court for the Central District of California.
