Casualty to grow faster in admitted than E&S: Chubb’s Greenberg

Chubb CEO Evan Greenberg said he expects casualty business to grow faster on the admitted market side than in excess and surplus (E&S) channels going forward.

During the commercial carrier’s Q3 earnings call, Greenberg noted that in the past, the admitted channel “gave up a lot of [casualty] volume to the E&S side of the house”.
