High levels of macroeconomic uncertainty are “proving to be a bit of a tailwind” for WTW as clients look to the broker to help manage risk in a complex environment, according to CEO Carl Hess.

The executive said momentum was building for the company across its key growth drivers, and that new hires had begun to “meaningfully accelerate” growth at the firm.
