AJ Gallagher has received a subpoena from the US Department of Justice (DoJ) related to the broker’s business in Ecuador, according to an SEC filing.

Gallagher received the subpoena from the DoJ’s Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) unit during the third quarter of the year, according to the company’s 10-Q filing.
