Ambac’s Everspan Group has appointed Steven Dresner as president to succeed Wyatt Blackburn, who will assume the new role of vice chairman of Everspan Holdings and join the company’s board of directors.

Dresner joined Everspan in July 2020 as chief underwriting and reinsurance officer after serving as senior vice president at Crum & Forster for six years, overseeing business development and ceded reinsurance.
