Early 2022 Florida legislation was ‘slightly positive’ but more help is needed: AM Best

AM Best has said that passed legislation from May’s special session “did not go far enough” to address the challenges facing Florida’s property market, adding that next week’s session must combine substantive long-term legislative reforms with immediate fixes to address the crisis.
