InsurTech MGA Propeller has raised $6.4mn in a seed funding round, led by a consortium of “industry partners” that include insurers, wholesalers, agents and venture capitalists, the company said.

The firm did not disclose which companies or individuals participated in the round.

Founded in 2020, the Philadelphia-based InsurTech is a digital MGA with a proprietary instant issue surety bond platform that currently houses nearly 7,000 instant issue surety bonds....
