Greenlight Re Q4 LR falls 1.6 points to 57.2% as property improvement offsets casualty hit

Hedge fund reinsurer Greenlight Re posted a 57.2% loss ratio for the fourth quarter, marking a 1.6-point improvement from the prior-year period.

The improvement was driven by the property and other divisions' loss ratios, which declined to 82.6% and 17.9% from 99.2%
