Chubb has elevated Frances O’Brien to Chubb Group EVP and chief risk officer, effective April 1, taking over from EVP Sean Ringsted, who was appointed chief digital business officer.

O’Brien will have executive responsibility for the carrier’s enterprise risk management organization and the effective execution of its enterprise risk strategies and processes.
