The diocese of Oakland is expected to renew its insurance program on July 1 after the Catholic bishop filed for Chapter 11 protection in northern California to face 330 lawsuits of child sexual abuse.

According to court filings, the program provides property coverage, liability insurance including general liability, auto, employment practices, E&O, D&O, sexual misconduct and cyber liability.
