Turkish quakes largest international cat loss to date in 2023: Cresta

The Kahramanmaras earthquake sequence that devastated large parts of south-central Turkey and Syria has been the largest international catastrophe insurance loss to date in 2023, with an industry loss of $5bn, according to Cresta.
