Lemonade has made sweeping board changes, as early backers such as Tom Hutton and Sequoia Capital’s Haim Sadger step down, and two directors with software backgrounds takes seats on the board.

The personal lines InsurTech, which this week announced an expansion into auto insurance, has elected Irina Novoselsky and Silvija Martincevic as non-executive directors.
