Willis posts 4% organic growth in Q1 2021 and beats earnings estimates

Willis Towers Watson reported organic growth of 4% in the first quarter of 2021, with earnings per share of $3.64 surging ahead of consensus analyst expectations of $3.28.

Organic growth was the same as in the prior-year period and was driven by a 23% increase in the benefits, delivery and administration segment, which was primarily led by recently acquired Tranzact.
