External cybersecurity investigators brought in to assess the ransomware attack on CNA in March have found no evidence that customers or other parties were infected or compromised by cross-contamination, according to Dino Robusto.

Speaking on the carrier’s first quarter conference call, CNA’s chief executive reiterated that the business had continued to serve agents and brokers throughout the incident.
