Sompo and Westfield end NY poaching case with lawsuit dismissal

Sompo International, Endurance Services and Westfield Insurance have filed a stipulation to end the poaching dispute they had begun last summer in a New York court.

The parties filed a dismissal stipulation with prejudice, meaning that neither Sompo nor Endurance will be able to sue Westfield in any other US court over the hiring of former excess casualty and professional lines senior executives.
