Arizona-based Crest Insurance Group said it has completed buyouts of four insurance brokerages in western states in December, bringing the firm to 13 acquisitions in 2021.

Among the deals was the firm’s purchase of Wyoming-based Allen Insurance. It also bought Denver-based oil and gas specialists Foster and Associates and Draxler Insurance, which has offices in Sedona and Cottonwood, Arizona.
