Euclid Transactional has struck paper deals with Hudson Insurance Group and Westfield Specialty to boost its North American M&A insurance offerings.

The transactional liability agency also sealed an agreement with Zurich North America to increase its committed capacity.

Hudson and Westfield join Swiss Re, Scor, Aspen and Zurich NA in supporting Euclid’s underwriting operations.
