Vesttoo has added former Credit Suisse senior adviser and corporate finance expert Dr Sanjiv Sobti to its advisory board with the aim to expand its offering to capital market investors and to grow its client base.

Dr Sobti has a record of advising on strategic business combinations and capital markets transactions.

He was previously a board member at BankUnited and venture partner at Altai Ventures.
