TSR forecasts above-norm hurricane season, but lower levels than record 2020-21

Tropical Storm Risk (TSR) forecast an above-norm year for North Atlantic hurricane activity, but suggested levels would be lower than in the record years of 2020 and 2021.

It forecast 18 named storms, 8 hurricanes and 4 major hurricanes would arise.
