Broker IMA Financial Group has sealed a distribution partnership with downtime InsurTech Parametrix Insurance, in a deal to broaden access to cloud outage cover for a larger network of businesses.

Denver-based IMA will make Parametrix downtime coverage available for its entire US network and the companies will collaborate on marketing activities, as well as analysis of downtime risks and exposure.
