Travelers rate rises accelerate in Q2, personal lines challenges continue.

Renewal rate increases in Travelers’ business insurance segment climbed to 4.9% in the second quarter, up from 4.4% in Q1, running counter to expectations that rate momentum would continue to slow up in the admitted market.
