Citizens anticipates taking over most of Weston's policies

Citizens management has confirmed to this publication that they expect the state insurer to take on most of Weston Property & Casualty's policies.

Sources have suggested that Weston's policy count is about 20,000 policies, of which most are wind-only.

As of last week, Citizens had just shy of one million policies.
