AIG has appointed Alan Colberg, former Assurant CEO, and Trish Walsh, chief legal officer of Stripe, to the board of its life and health unit Corebridge Financial, effective September 1.

The announcement comes as the carrier postponed plans for Corebridge’s IPO amid stock market volatility.
