California retailer Epic has filed a complaint against WTW, accusing the rival broker of orchestrating a raid on its aviation practice.

According to court records reviewed by Inside P&C, Epic claimed that WTW conspired with former employees Terry Rolfe and Darryl Abbey to use its confidential information and trade secrets to divert customers.
