Brokerage firm CAC Specialty has recruited Breakthrough Energy’s Trey Kellett and CIBC’s Alec Pratt as senior leaders on its natural resources team.

Kellett was named senior vice president of power and renewables, while Pratt was appointed vice president of mining and metals.
