Ryan Specialty has formed a global transactional risk practice, Ryan Transactional Risk, combining the operations of New York-based Concord Specialty Risks and London-based Ryan Specialty Transactional Risks International.

The carrier has appointed four managing directors to lead the practice, each being a longstanding executive at the existing managing general underwriters (MGUs).
