New York-based broker and consulting firm NFP has hired industry veteran Tim DeSett as executive vice president (EVP) to lead the company’s P&C business.

The executive will take over the position of EVP Henri Lombardi, who will focus on business development responsibilities, complex risk and strategic accounts.
