Marsh McLennan expects restructuring costs to hit $400mn

Marsh McLennan expects the cost of its ongoing restructure to hit between $375mn-$400mn and deliver $300mn of savings by 2024.

CEO John Doyle said that the restructure was aimed at reducing the complexity of the business, including rationalizing technology and reducing the company’s real estate footprint.
