Private flood InsurTech MGA Neptune Flood has entered an agreement with Bregal Sagemount and FTV Capital to sell a minority stake in the company, confirming earlier reports from this publication.

Neptune’s CEO and management will maintain majority ownership. Terms were not disclosed.

Morgan Stanley served as exclusive financial adviser to Neptune.
