Vesttoo alleges fraud by ex-CEO, insiders and external parties

Vesttoo has filed a report in its Chapter 11 case that details allegations of elaborate fraud involving multiple individuals across several organisations, in the letters of credit (LOC) scandal that has engulfed the company.
