The Boy Scouts of America (BSA) settlement surrounding upwards of 90,000 childhood sexual abuse claims remains in arbitration, with The Hartford’s settlement thrown into doubt, according to legal documents filed in a US bankruptcy court.

According to a report from theWall Street Journal on Friday, sources told the publication that sexual abuse victim’s lawyers said no negotiation would be possible until The Hartford agrees to pay more than its initial April settlement of $650mn.
